My career has been shaped by service, both in uniform and beyond, with a strong focus on mission success, operational efficiency, and team development. I hold an MBA and apply strategic thinking and leadership to every challenge I face. Off the clock, I take the same passion for mentorship to the court—I’m proud to have coached all five of my kids’ basketball teams at least once, building not just skills but lifelong memories.
